Andrew Zimmern Debuts His Food Truck at the Minnesota State Fair
After his stint as a pop-up restaurateur during this season of Bizarre Foods: America, it was only a matter of time before the bizarre foodie himself hopped on the food truck bandwagon. Andrew Zimmern’s food truck, AZ Canteen, will officially open its … er… window tomorrow at the Great Minnesota Get-Together. Andrew will be there in person, so if you’re anywhere in the St. Paul, MN, vicinity, head on down to the state fair for a taste of Andrew’s Andouille, oyster and crab gumbo; pork belly with papaya salad; goat butter burgers; griddled veal tongue; or Nicaraguan dulce de leche.
