    With the Andaman Sea touching the tropical shores and sun-blessed beaches of Burma, Thailand, Malaysia and the Indonesian island of Sumatra, there is a wealth of beauty to be found that would fill a lifetime of travel adventures. The Four Seasons Resort of Langkawi, Malaysia is certainly one of them.

    By the way, do you know how much strength and focus goes into the yoga Vrksasana or standing one-legged tree pose? Yet it can be made to look so easy.
