Who knew that Nashville had a thing for spicy chicken? We’ve just become “hip” to the idea, and now we gotta try some!     Watching the Kurt is section talking about the poisonous plant, we wonder if there could be some discussion about how ethnicities discover how to prepare a poisonous plant or animal in order to make it safe to eat and how many people died discovering the correct cooking process.
