On this week’s episode, host Anthony Melchiorri is in Atlanta to help the University Inn, near Emory College’s campus, keep their doors open. Despite being ideally situated, the hotel is hounded by bad reviews, outdated rooms and a possible rat problem.

In order to get the University Inn back into shape, Anthony enlists the help of designer Tenecia Harris to revamp the outdated rooms. Will Anthony and his team accomplish all the necessary renovations on time? Or will the University Inn’s problems prove too much to handle?
